Inspirational Quotes and Life Lessons –
Life lesson of the month: Self-love is the most important kind of love.
Using others to fill this void may bring temporary happiness, but in the long run it will still leave you feeling empty. If we can’t be happy and in love with ourselves how can we possibly be whole heartedly in love with someone else?
Although at times it may seem easier to give all the love you have away, I challenge you to save some for yourself. Start striving for self love that is so strong that it can heal anything that breaks you and you’ll be surprised at how full your heart can truly become.
Life lesson of the month: Enjoy the journey.
It all begins and ends with realizing your true purpose.
Life is about ending up where you belong. Not where you think you belong. So stop trying to rush to your final destination. The universe will continue to bless you as long as you stay true to yourself and your purpose.
Life lesson of the month: self doubt is only as strong as you are weak
Whenever there are moments of uncertainty, we easily resort to doubting ourselves. We doubt our abilities. We doubt our strength. We begin to repeat “I don’t know if I can do this” over and over again. It’s more destructive than we may realize.
Sometimes being strong is easier said than done. But no matter what, we must silence those voices, silence the doubt and continue to push through in order to succeed.
Let your passion and your love for what you want to do shut out anything else that might be trying to keep you from doing it. Stay strong, manifest positivity and you will persevere.
Life lesson of the month: don’t chase anything that isn’t going to take you to the next level.
It’s easy to get caught up in the monotony of the daily grind: wake up, go to work, repeat. What is that doing for your mind, body and soul though? If it’s not helping you grow, it’s got to go.
Life’s too short to pursue avenues of negativity regularly. If you’re constantly putting yourself in situations that are prohibiting you from growing, how can you possibly expect to cultivate the positivity and strength needed to reach your full potential?
Life lesson of the month: People don’t change.
I feel like we’re all continuously learning this the hard way. We’re constantly regaining hope that maybe this time, with this person, things will be different. But that’s never really the case.
People don’t change because you want them to, they change because they need to and once you fully grasp the gravity of that statement you can finally allow yourself to be removed from the false hope that is keeping you around.
Grow, don’t grow, it’s up to you but don’t let the hope of changing someone keep you from manifesting your own purpose in life.
