A Traveling Bee in Bristol, England

Once I realized that adventures were the best way to learn, and that I cared more about investing in memories than material things A Traveling Bee was born. With more than 10 years of international traveling experience, I purposely spend as little time as possible in California.

Traveling isn’t just a hobby, it’s a part of who I am. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been exploring the world looking for new ways to enrich my everyday life. Whenever I am traveling, I’m looking for insight on the local way of life and the history of what brought a city to the place it’s at today.

As ironic as it may sound considering how much I love to travel, I dislike tourists and I refuse to ever consider myself as one. I’m not your average travel addict, and this blog is anything but your average travel blog.

I write to give travelers insight on the cities I go to and work to re-create the vibe of the city within these writings. I aim to make my posts are just as much informational, as they are philosophical because I believe that there’s not just something to learn from everywhere you go, but something to feel as well.

I’ve found that the best way to learn about somewhere new is through the people who live there or have been there before. Locals don’t lie, and from my experience they’ve never led me wrong. On top of that, I love to meet new people and I’ve found that the people I meet when I travel are what make my experiences worth sharing.

Overall, my goal is to expel the fear of seeing the world through your own eyes and give hope that it is never too late to try something new. Life’s too short to stay in one place. I hope to leave only footprints on this earth, whether they’re my own or ones inspired by the adventures I write about. Because it’s never too late to start seeing the world around you.
